Check the price
Select it
Choose any options
Click the 'Add to Basket' button to store it
Select quantity
When you're ready, click the 'Checkout' button
Buy it
Select shipping destination
Enter invoice and delivery address, shipping instructions and check 'Remember Me' to save time in the future
Check order and enter payment details, at which point you make us an offer
Progress to the order receipt page - you're done!
Get it
We'll then contact you with an order acknowledgement, at which point we accept your offer
We'll ship it out!
We accept credit and debit card payment (Delta, Electron, Fortoak, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, UK Maestro, Visa). You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the internet. Information is stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Generally, we do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. However, in certain circumstances (e.g. unusual products) customers who pay by credit card may be asked to provide payment prior to order processing. In these cases you will always have the option to either provide payment or cancel your order without charge.
ISS credit account holders may email our sales office to request log-in details to order against your credit account and use any special pricing structure established between ISS and yourselves.
