The DigiRail-4C is a DIN rail mounted Modbus module with four digital counters inputs. An RS485 serial interface allows reading and configuration of these inputs.

The inputs are electrically insulated from the serial interface and the module supply. There is no electrical insulation between the serial interfae and supply, or between inputs 1 and 2, or inputs 3 and 4. The DigiRail-4C can be configured through the RS485 interface using Modbus RTU commands and the free DigiConfig software.
