The Novus RT600 is a water-resistant and low-cost pocket thermometer.

The RT600 is a low cost and accurate digital thermometer to be used in industrial kitchens, laboratories, HVAC, food displays, dairy products, fish aquariums, breweries and general food processing and storage. The sensor itself has a 3.5mm diameter and 120mm length 304 stainless steel sheath, with a pocket clip/handle. The RT600 features an on-board high contrast LCD display, and measures between -50 and 150 celsius, with 1 year battery life and auto-turn off after 10 minutes without use.
